Gel-Revitalizant EX120 for automatic transmissions is designed for restoring repair and wear protection of automatic transmissions.

During revitalization of the automatic transmission a cermet layer, grown on the crystal lattice of the metal surface layer, is formed on the friction pair surfaces (gears, bearings, hydraulic distributors, torque converter clutches).

So, the conventional metal to metal contact is replaced by a practically non-wearing cermet to cermet contact.

  • Roughness Ra up to 0.06 mkm.

Treatment procedure for automatic transmissions

Step 1: Check the fluid level.

Step 2: Shake the can. Spray the contents of the can into the oil filler neck (vent of the oil gage rod) of the automatic transmission.

Step 3: Run the car as usual without any restrictions.

Step 4: Revitalization is completed after 50 hours of mechanism operation (after 1500 km run).

Wear resistance of the protective coating is guaranteed for 1 year.

  • The sure sign of revitalizing beginning is improvement in mechanism operation (noise reduction and smoother gear shift) as early as the first kilometers of run.
  • If after 100-200 km run mechanism operation improvement does not occur, the most probable cause is a mistaken diagnostics.

Gel-Revitalizant EX120 for automatic transmissions is compatible with all types of fluids for automatic transmissions ATF: Dexron®, Mercon®, Mopar ATF®, CVT), does not have chemical reaction with them and does not change their viscosity, friction and other physical-chemical characteristics.

XADO revitalizant is compatible with any additives to automatic transmission fluids, no matter in what sequence they are applied.

The protective cermet coating is formed on any working mechanism, however, if the state of the mechanism (part) is critical (100% wear-out), the ruptured parts should be replaced.
