ХАDО® protective grease 60K for high-speed mechanism

High-speed synthetic grease on the basis of policarbamide thickener. Contains atomic revitalizant and compensates wear of parts up to 30%.

Designed for application in new or slightly worn roller bearings operating at rotational speed up to 60,000 min-1. Recommended as grease packed for life for application in high-speed roller bearings of high-speed turbines (laser beam cutting machines; turbochargers; turbo molecular pumps; high-speed electric and pneumatic tools etc.). Used for lubrication of high-precision mechanisms and instruments at low temperatures (up to -50ºС), can be used as a cold-resistant grease in moderately loaded and high-speed assemblies of bearings (bearings of freezing chambers, electric motors, ventilators). Can be used as high-temperature grease with prolonged effect for the mechanisms operating at temperatures up to 160°С.

NLGI 1 KPHC 1 P-50 (DIN 51502)


  1. Remove the old grease from the bearing.
  2. Carefully clean the working space of the bearing.
  3. Apply a thin layer of grease to working surfaces of the bearing, not thicker than 0.1–0.2 mm.
  4. Packing of the grease not more than 1/2 of the free space of the bearing (assembly).


Mixing of 20К and 60К greases is not allowed.
